January 25 is proclaimed the Day of Mourning in Ukraine

Due to the tragic death of civilians in Mariupol on January 24, 2015 caused by the terrorists' mass shelling of residential areas, President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has proclaimed January 25 the Day of Mourning.
Respective Decree № 30/2015 was signed by the President this night.
The State Flag of Ukraine has been lowered at the territory of the Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Estonia.
