August 23, 2012 in the Embassy of Ukraine a ceremony was held to celebrate the National Flag Day of Ukraine with participation of the Embassy's personnel.

On the same day in the gallery "Rios-Art" in Tallinn, the opening of the exhibition of the Ukrainian artist D.Dobrovolskyi was held, which was attended by representatives of government of the ER, the accredited diplomatic corps, civil society, business community, Estonian journalists, as well as Ukrainian Diaspora.

August 24 at 18 h. Congress of Ukrainians of Estonia jointly with the Embassy organized the ceremony of laying flowers to Shevchenko oak and performance of the anthem of Ukraine by its members . This activity was carried out jointly with the Ukrainian community of Vilnius, which organised similar event near the monument to Taras Shevchenko in Vilnius.

August 25, 2012 in the cultural center "Lindakivi" in Tallinn a concert was organized featuring bands of the Ukrainian community in Estonia - "Eve", "Kalina" and "Zhurba", devoted to the 21st anniversary of independence.
