I express my deep gratitude to Mr. Urmas Reinsalu,  Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Estonia and the entire team of the Ministry for this important award – the Cross of Merit of III class. The award is the result of our joint work of the two countries in countering the full-scale military aggression of Russia. In the tragic times of the Russian war for Ukraine, Estonia has become an example for other countries in terms of the level of aid and support to Ukraine. Aitäh, Estonia!
