A solemn ceremony of handing the certificates of a foreign Ukrainian was held at the premises of the Embassy of Ukraine in Estonia

On December 18, 2012 at the premises of the Embassy a solemn ceremony of handing the certificates of a foreign Ukrainian was held.
Such event is being held already for the second time. The first ceremony was held on December 14, 2011.
Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to Estonia H.E.Viktor Kryzhanivskyi in his opening address acquainted the foreign Ukrainians with rights, freedoms and obligations, which are granted to them with this status, pointed out the importance of keeping strong connection of Ukraine with Ukrainians, who live outside, and congratulated the audience with coming New Year and Christmas hiolidays.
