On December 19, 2012 Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Republic of Estonia H.E.Viktor Kryzhanivskyi attended the handover ceremony of Baltic defence college command and graduation of higher command studies course 2012.
The graduates of the Course are students from 9 different nations, including Ukraine. The course provides strategic level education and aims to prepare its students (NATO OF-4/5 military officers or civil servants of similar rank) to be ready to initiate, lead and implement transformation in the defence institutions of their own states, NATO and the EU.
