On 11 November 2025, the Ambassador of Ukraine to the Republic of Estonia, Volodymyr Boiechko, met with Mr. Eerik-Niiles Kross, Chairman of the Estonia–Ukraine Parliamentary Friendship Group.

Ambassador Volodymyr Boiechko expressed gratitude to Estonia for its steadfast support in countering Russia’s armed aggression and highlighted its substantial contribution to providing defence and humanitarian assistance to Ukraine. Mr. Kross, in turn, reaffirmed Estonia’s unwavering commitment to further comprehensive support for Ukraine.

Special attention was given to further expanding defence support for Ukraine, in particular to cooperation within the framework of the PURL initiative and the SAFE mechanism.

The Ambassador emphasized the importance of maintaining the high dynamics of interparliamentary dialogue between Kyiv and Tallinn, which contributes to strengthening the partnership and ensuring effective coordination of actions on the international stage.

The parties reaffirmed their shared commitment to further developing Ukrainian–Estonian relations based on common values and mutual support in addressing shared challenges.
