Ambassador of Ukraine to the Republic of Estonia Volodymyr Boiechko took part in the business seminar "Opportunities for the Construction Sector in Ukraine", which was held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Estonia in Tallinn.

In his remarks, the Ambassador thanked the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Estonia, the Business Diplomacy Department, ESTDEV, and the partners for organising the event, and congratulated Estonian friends on the occasion of Estonian Flag Day.

Volodymyr Boiechko emphasised that the reconstruction of Ukraine is, first and foremost, the restoration of normal life for communities — building housing, schools, and hospitals, and rebuilding bridges and critical infrastructure.

The Ambassador noted Estonia's practical contribution to Ukraine's reconstruction, in particular the implementation of projects in Zhytomyr Oblast, including a modular kindergarten in Ovruch, the reconstruction of a bridge in Malyn, family-type homes, as well as social and medical infrastructure facilities.

Particular attention was given to the opportunities available to Estonian companies in the fields of building materials production, modular housing, engineering solutions, energy-efficient technologies, municipal infrastructure, and urban development.

The Ambassador called on Estonian businesses to engage more actively in Ukraine's reconstruction today, and to develop partnerships with Ukrainian communities, state institutions, and companies.

Volodymyr Boiechko reaffirmed the readiness of the Embassy of Ukraine to the Republic of Estonia to continue facilitating the establishment of such contacts and the development of practical cooperation within the framework of projects for the reconstruction of Ukraine.
