Ambassador Mariana Betsa met with Undersecretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Estonia, Veiko Kommusaar.

During the meeting, the Ambassador informed the Undersecretary about the security situation in Ukraine in the context of the russian federation's war against Ukraine.

The parties also discussed issues of cooperation and assistance to Ukraine by the Border and Rescue Service of Estonia, as well as issues related to the stay of temporarily displaced Ukrainian citizens in Estonia.

The Ambassador expressed gratitude to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Estonia, in particular, the Department of Police and Border Guard and the Rescue Department of Estonia, for supporting Ukraine and providing comprehensive assistance to citizens of Ukraine who have found refuge in Estonia.
