On 1 September 2025, the newly appointed Ambassador of Ukraine to the Republic of Estonia, 
Mr. Volodymyr Boiechko, arrived in Tallinn and assumed his official duties.

On 2 September, the Ambassador presented copies of his credentials to Mr. Urmas Eigla, Director of the State Protocol Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Estonia.

The Ambassador expressed his special gratitude to Estonia for its unwavering, principled, and consistent support of Ukraine in countering Russia’s armed aggression, as well as in the struggle for freedom, independence, and the right of the Ukrainian people to a future within the European Union.

In accordance with the tradition of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Estonia, the Ambassador signed the Book of Honourable Guests.
