On March 28, 2025, Ambassador of Ukraine to Estonia Maksym Kononenko took part in a trilateral business networking evening that brought together entrepreneurs from Ukraine, Estonia, and Norway. In his speech, Ambassador M.Kononenko emphasized the importance of supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) as the foundation of a sustainable economy and highlighted the potential of international partnerships for Ukraine’s recovery and development.
The event, organized in cooperation with the Estonian Association of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (EVEA) and the Norwegian SME Association (SMB Norge), served as a platform for experience sharing, establishing new contacts, and launching promising business initiatives.
Ambassador of the Kingdom of Norway to the Republic of Estonia Marius Dirdal also participated in the event, underscoring the strong international interest in supporting Ukrainian entrepreneurs and developing trilateral cooperation.
Among the distinguished guests was Ms. Vira Konyk, Chair of the Congress of Ukrainians in Estonia, who plays an active role in preserving Ukrainian identity and cultural life within the Estonian community.
Lively discussions, initiative presentations, and the search for common ground among business representatives laid the groundwork for the formation of new business projects.
Guests of the event were also introduced to Ukrainian gastronomic culture: traditional appetizers and exquisite wines from Faina Ukraina, Multicook, and Wines from Ukraine added a flavorful highlight to the evening.
